The Division of Immunization has created a new webpage for Michigan-specific Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) as part of our website redesign to make pages more user-friendly and consistent.

Some URLs (addresses) for individual sheets are changing and old bookmarks and links will need to be updated. These changes are designed to create one URL that will always remain the same through document updates. This process is currently in progress for many language translations but has been completed for the English language VIS sheets. Final URLs will follow the format of "language_vaccine".

The Marketing URL michigan.gov/vis has been forwarded to the new page however users may need to clear their browser cache for this to work.
- If you cannot load a page on the new site:
- First try refreshing your browser, opening the page in a private browser, or clearing your browser’s cache.
