CDC Vaccine Catch Up Schedules and Job Aids - Get Kids Caught Up

This email is being sent to VFC, Non-VFC and Covid-19 Providers in Oakland County, Michigan by the Oakland County Health Division (OCHD) Immunization Action Plan (IAP)

Dear Immunization Partners,

As you know, children need routine vaccinations so that they are protected against serious diseases. Over the last few years, there has been a concerning decline in routine immunization among children and adolescents. Routine vaccination coverage is improving, but slow and uneven, and has not yet recovered among all groups. Children and adolescents can catch up on vaccinations even if they start late or are more than one month behind schedule. Please utilize these catch up tools (https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/catchup.html) to assist families whose children have missed doses and get them caught up.
