MARK YOUR CALENDAR: just in time for the holiday season, Oakland County is offering a COVID vaccine clinic for employees and their families on THURSDAY.
The county’s Health Division is offering a special COVID vaccination clinic for county employees at Waterford Oaks County Park from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, when pediatric and adult doses, boosters, and flu vaccines will be available.
Pediatric doses will be available to family members of county employees, who are between the ages of 5 and 11. Boosters are available to anyone ages 18 and up. First and second doses also will be available for anyone ages 12 and up.
A second-dose clinic will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 22, also at Waterford Oaks, where kids and adults, beginning at age 5 and up, can get their first or second dose, adults can get boosters and anyone can get the flu vaccine.
