Automation Alley’s 2021 Technology in Industry Report now available
READ: Automation Alley’s 2021 Technology in Industry Report now available, debuting with new Automation Alley website. The 2021 Tech in Industry Report was prepared with support from Automation Alley’s Industry 4.0 academic and corporate partners that highlights several real-world Industry 4.0 success stories and features executive summaries and action items on the most pressing Industry 4.0 topics for small and medium-sized enterprises. They include: artificial intelligence, robotics, big data; 3D printing, 5G; supply chain disruption, cyber risk mitigation, Industry 4.0 diversity and equipping our digital workforce.

Centrepolis Accelerator has created the Industry 4.0 Accelerator which was awarded a technology readiness demo fund that is specifically designed to help catalyze technology demonstrations within Michigan's manufacturing community by sharing in the cost associated with testing early-stage industry 4.0 technology. Diversification Through Federal Contracting Program: The Oakland County Innovation & Growth team has recently launched the ‘Diversification Through Federal Contracting Program’ to help grow the supplier base and increase investment in companies throughout Oakland County. The intention of this program is to support Oakland County businesses diversify their customer portfolio, understand how federal contracting may fit into their long-range plans, and tools they need to win federal contracts. Save the Date: Defense Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Training is coming up on September 23, 2021, from 9:00–11:00 a.m.

2021 Michigan Israel Defense Delegation – The Michigan Israel Business Accelerator is actively recruiting for their Israel Trade Mission taking place from November 6-12, 2021, which includes attending ISDEF. Participating companies will have the opportunity to visit significant Israeli defense companies/organizations and connect with companies specializing in the latest equipment and technologies for defense.
