PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES TODAY, 9/17 AT 8PM!

Vaccinations Include:

• Canine Distemper (with or without Leptospirosis)
• Canine Bordetella
• Feline Distemper
• Rabies (1 Year or 3 Year with proof of previous Rabies vaccination)

Every pet is offered a FREE LIFETIME registered PetLink microchip!

Licensing is required for Macomb County resident pets, excluding Eastpointe, Mount Clemens, Sterling Heights and Warren (these cities perform their own licensing). License fees are NOT sponsored, but there will be *NO LATE FEES 9/21-9/22* for those applying for licenses in-person or ONLINE. Multi-year licenses will be available to those residents with proof of recent Rabies vaccinations. Accepted forms of payment for licenses are Cash, Check and Charge (credit/debit payments will include a 2.83% service fee).

Macomb County Dog Licenses are REQUIRED for dogs ages 4 months and older.

1 Year License

• Spayed / Neutered  $10
• Unaltered  $30

3 Year License (with proof of previous Rabies vaccination)

• Spayed / Neutered  $25
• Unaltered  $75

This is a drive-up event and it will be our last FREE clinic. We ask that everyone PLEASE BE PATIENT as our staff will be working hard to accommodate the needs of every pet parent, and we are expecting a very large turnout! 

PLEASE REMEMBER:

• The FREE Pet Vaccine Clinic entrance is from NORTH ROSE, all traffic from Elizabeth and Little Road will be re-routed.

• Bring any current/recent medical history for your pet.

• Be PATIENT! We are dedicated to ensuring that all pets get proper care while in the hands of trained staff!

• Those that pre-registered will have their completed forms waiting for them. Pre-registration is not required and blank registration forms will be available. Please ensure that the forms are completed in full and legible for our staff (be sure to bring a pen in order to complete the blank forms).
