School Librarian Awards from the MAME Conference

MAME recognized several school librarians for significant service to their students, schools and communities. Congratulations to these outstanding educators!
- Jeanna Walker, School Librarian from Portage Northern High School for the School Librarian of the Year AND the ISTE Making IT Happen Award.
- Lynn Gordon, School Librarian at the Independence and Andersonville Elementary Schools for the Margaret Grazier Award for Contribution to the Profession.
- Sarah McElrath, School Librarian at the Lakeshore Middle School for the Ruby Brown Award for Individual Excellence.
- Swan Valley High School Library Media Center (Kay Wejrowski, School Librarian) for the Promotion of School Library Media Programs.
- Shelley Lazarus, School Librarian from the Eastover Elementary School for the School Librarian/Teacher Collaboration Award.
- Letitia Tappin, Principal from the Eastover Elementary School for the Service Award for School Administrators.
- Great Lakes Great Books Program from the Michigan Reading Association for the President's Award.
