What to do if you are an employer or employee impacted by COVID-19

The Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has created informational videos to help employers and workers impacted by COVID-19. Please share as you find appropriate.


Employers

Employers who have closed and/or laid off or placed workers on leave are required to announce such cessation of business in accordance with the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act.

Workers
