REMINDER: Important Reporting Deadline – April 1, 2025
Pursuant to Section 248(10) of Public Act 120 of 2024, each eligible institution whose students receive the Michigan Achievement Scholarship in the academic year 2024-2025 must submit a report by April 1, 2025. The Microsoft form will collect and submit the relevant institutional grant aid information to the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP), the State Budget Office, the House Fiscal Agency, and the Senate Fiscal Agency as required by Sec. 248(10). Institutions are expected to provide the data in computing the average amount of institutional grant aid awarded to full-time first-time undergraduate students consistent with data most recently reported to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System. For any inquiries regarding the data, please contact Rebecca McDonald at mcdonaldr6@michigan.gov.
NOTE: A PDF template of the Michigan Achievement Scholarship reporting form is available. You may use the PDF as a resource to preview the questions asked, but actual responses must be submitted using the Microsoft Form.
Thank you to the 23 institutions who have submitted their report.
