MEDC is partnering with the Conference of Great Lakes & St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers to lead a multi-sector trade mission to Indonesia & Vietnam. The goal of this mission is to assist small to medium-sized companies from the Great Lakes--St. Lawrence region to export products and services to these growing markets. Each mission participant will receive a customized schedule of B2B meetings to meet with prospective customers and business partners. Mission participants will also benefit from networking events and logistical support provided by the Conference's South East Asia Representative.

AUTOMOTIVE MEETINGS- Queretaro, Mexico

Mexico’s vehicle production is at an all-time high and automotive manufacturers from around the world are rushing to invest in this thriving market. However, there are shortages in Mexico in key areas required to support a globally competitive industry. This creates business opportunities for suppliers that have the necessary equipment, know-how, products and services to meet these demands.

Automotive Meetings is a structured matchmaking event taking place in Queretaro, Mexico. Auto suppliers will have opportunities to build and strengthen business relationships through more than 10,000 face-to-face meetings with potential OEM and Tier 1 customers. More than 650 companies and 1,600 participants are expected to attend. Buyers represent various facets of business including purchasing, engineering and materials handling from manufacturers including Audi, BMW, Ford, GM, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota and Volkswagen.

Automation Alley is seeking Michigan companies for its trade mission to Australia, March 24-31, 2017. This award-winning program consistently introduces small and medium-size businesses to new high-growth markets and opportunities to expand and diversify local product, service and technologies abroad. These missions are results-driven and have generated more than half a billion dollars in export sales for local companies.

Participants of this mission will travel to Sydney and Melbourne to attend matchmaking meetings with potential buyers, end users and key industry players.

Participation is limited to 10 companies. Cost to participate is $6,995 for members/$7,995 for non-members. Price includes airfare, hotels, matchmaking meetings, internal transportation, business briefings, welcome reception/dinner and tours.

PARIS AIR SHOW
