A brief presentation will be given at 4 p.m. and again at 5:30 p.m., after which you will have the opportunity to provide input related to your community’s/agency’s plans, nonmotorized connections, issues, gaps, needs, and priorities.
MDOT is working to develop a nonmotorized transportation plan for the Grand Region to: identify opportunities to enhance nonmotorized transportation, prioritize nonmotorized investment in the region, and provide a vision for a nonmotorized network to guide public and private initiatives. A new bike map will also be provided. In June, MDOT is holding four outreach meetings throughout the 13-county region.
