Webinar to feature Great Lakes coastal wetland habitat discussion

Join the OGL's International Joint Commission and Great Lakes Coastal Assembly partners on a webinar discussing challenges and opportunities to gaining Great Lakes coastal wetland habitat.

Wetlands are critical for flood protection and cleaning our water. They also support many species of plants and animals by providing food and habitat. Short presentations will focus on the status of coastal wetlands, how to enhance and expand them and efforts to set and track ecological targets.

Presenters are seeking feedback from resource managers and interested community members on actions needed to reverse wetland loss and achieve habitat gain.
