End of COVID-19 test kit support

 

Hello Long-Term Care Partners,

 

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Community Health Innovation & Promotion Section (CHIPS) would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for their partnership during the COVID-19 public health emergency and beyond.

 

Due to the conclusion of recent federal funding that supported the MDHHS in purchasing and distributing COVID-19 test kits, we will no longer be able to provide these kits to previously supported partners, including—but not limited to—Long-Term Care facilities.

 

We understand this change may impact your operations, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. It has been an honor to support your efforts in protecting the health and well-being of Michigan’s most vulnerable residents. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with you and wish you and those you serve continued safety and wellness.
