The due date for the year end progress report has been extended to August 15, 2024. The BP5 LHD work plan was also updated to show this change and was posted to the Document Library on the MIHAN at: Documents > Local Health > EPC General > PHEP FY 2023-2024 BP5.
Registration is now open for the MDHHS Emergency Response Volunteer Conference on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing, MI. Funding for this conference was made possible by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, Medical Reserve Corps – State, Territorial, and Tribal Nation representative organizations for next generation (MRC-STTRONG) cooperative agreement.
This conference is free, in-person only, and attendance will be limited to 300 participants. Register online through MI-TRAIN (registration code 1115955). Register soon, slots are limited.

The annual Rural and Ready Symposium will be held October 23 & 24 at the Bay Mills Resort and Casino in Brimley, Michigan. EMS, Nursing, Firefighter & Social Work CEU’s are pending.
