The ExPlan and Player Guide for this exercise should be released approximately two weeks before the exercise. Like years past there will be an opportunity to utilize the scenario to work the request with your partners (LHD, HCC, EM, Hospitals & Healthcare, etc.). Those that intend involve partners and would like to use this exercise for more than just system requesting should start soliciting partners now and plan ahead. EPCs are encouraged to use this opportunity to flesh out details in requesting processes and partner expectations (closed pods vs healthcare/hospitals) ahead of the next emergency.
On the March 14th PHEP Partners Call Jay Timko will provide a quick instructional piece on how to navigate the SharePoint. Ce sure to test your log ins ahead of the exercise so that Jay Timko can assist and ensure you have access.
