Notification regarding COVID-19 antibody assay.

Laboratory System Partner,
Beginning July 7, 2023, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Bureau of Laboratories (MDHHS/BOL) will be discontinuing testing for COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) antibodies due to low demand for testing and the inability to obtain testing reagents. However, the BOL will continue to offer molecular testing and sequencing for COVID-19 virus.
