THIS MESSAGE IS FOR SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES (SNFs) ONLY
Dear CMS Certified Skilled Nursing Facilities,
Per Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Reporting Rules, CMS Certified Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) are required for the 2022-2023 flu season to submit an annual report on healthcare personnel (HCP) influenza vaccination into the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Healthcare Personnel Safety (HPS) Component.
This data will cover HCP flu vaccination from 10/1/2022-3/31/2023 and is required to be completed by 5/15/2023. This message is a reminder for CMS Certified SNFs to login to NHSN and ensure that you complete your required reporting before 5/15.
