Dear Immunization Providers,

Pfizer Under 5 pediatric bivalent COVID-19 vaccine is now available for ordering. Due to extremely limited supplies of this product, all orders will be reviewed prior to submission and providers may have orders reduced or denied. If you believe a reduction or denial was in error, or if you have additional information to support your order request (such as plans to share doses with other providers or upcoming events), please contact Vaccine Ordering Analyst, Kelsey Napier, napierk2@michigan.gov. Please only order the amount of vaccine you have an immediate need for. The minimum order quantity for this product is 100 doses. Orders for local health departments and large health systems will be prioritized. If you would like fewer than 100 doses or if your order is denied, please work with your local health department to determine if doses are available for redistribution.
