 Welcome to the SHOARS Line newsletter! As a user of SHOARS, you will receive this newsletter any time we have important news and updates to share about the system. As a heads up, we are working on several important updates, all aiming to improve your experience when using SHOARS. In the coming weeks and months, you will be receiving further guidance from your BHSP program liaison regarding your SHOARS organization dashboard. Below is a sneak peak of what’s to come:

- Program/project/services details

If you do not have access to your organization dashboard, please contact SHOARS Support so that we can ensure you are aligned appropriately and are setup with the correct permissions.

If you hear about partners joining or leaving an agency, please contact SHOARS Support so that we can either help the new staff member register for SHOARS or remove their profile and associated permissions. It’s important to contact BHSP with any staffing changes. |
You may have been contacted recently by members from of our BHSP team. We are in the process of reaching out to confirm we have the correct contacts for your organization in SHOARS. As a result, more and more people are registering in the system!
This is important as SHOARS is now the primary way we communicate with anyone who interacts with BHSP, therefore we need updated contact information for our partners.
As a reminder registration in SHOARS is required for all funded entities and those who engage with our Bureau.
