The Infection Prevention Resource and Assessment Team (IPRAT) is excited to share our new interactive COVID Care Recovery Center and COVID Relief Facility map. This map can be found at www.Michigan.gov/IPRAT website.
Scroll down through our site to Toolkit - COVID-19 Resources accordion tab. Once you open this tab you will see the interactive map.
If you click on the lower right corner, which is shown with an arrow, the map will expand in size. Facilities can be viewed by COVID determination or by county.
