For all Medical Countermeasure (MCM) related items please use the newly created email mdhhs-bepesoc-mcm@michigan.gov. This email is used by the MCM team inclusive of April Walton, Denise Fleming, Jeannie Byrne, and Mary Macqueen for monitoring incoming MCM items ensuring there are no delays in response. For all other general questions or concerns continue to reach out to your regional point of contact.
Did you know State of Michigan established the Special Pathogens Response Network (SPRN) to prepare for and respond to highly infectious diseases that produce severe disease in humans? The SPRN website (https://www.michigan.gov/sprn has a short, introductory video explaining the network as well as other important resources, including the MI Hospital Tier Levels by Region.
Did you know you can have DEPR staff participate in your exercise? DEPR staff are willing to help as subject matter experts (SMEs), simulation cell (SimCell), observers, or evaluators. Policy guidelines and the request form can be found in the MIHAN Document Library at: System Folder -> Emergency Planning & Response -> Exercise Materials.
