Mark your calendars for Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, at 8:30am as DHSP will be hosting a live grant management training in preparation for the next amendment cycle. This important event will cover the amendment approval process in SHOARS, and all funded agencies are strongly encouraged to attend. Please keep an eye out for calendar invites with more information soon!

We Need Your Help!
Please encourage others at your organization that may not have registered in SHOARS to create their own profile. We are here to help anyone get setup in the system and are happy to schedule meetings to walk you through the steps. We are excited to have nearly 1,000 registered users in SHOARS, but there are still many DHSP Partners missing out on all the fun! Below are some great reasons to setup a profile in SHOARS and some resources to help:

HIV/STI Trainings One Stop Shop: One place to register and participate in trainings. The ability to see your training transcript as well as view upcoming training opportunities.

Communications: Staying connected with us is easier than ever! Signing up for SHOARS puts you on our newsletter list and helps us share important updates specific to your area of work.

Health Promotion Materials, Supplies, and Data: Requesting HIV and STI related health promotion materials, supplies, and data is now quick and easy. Everything can be done through SHOARS!

Streamlined Contract Management Support: Grant and contract details are stored in one place, increasing transparency.

Almost Time to Update Your Profile
Sunday, May 29th marked 6 months since SHOARS launched, can you believe it! As a heads up, you’ll be asked to confirm your profile details are up to date every 6 months. Some changes were made to the registration form since many of you first logged into the system, so you might be asked to complete additional fields. This helps ensure the latest information is in SHOARS!
