Quarter 3 WCI & COVID Action Plan Updates

Updates related to LHD whole community inclusion (WCI) planning and COVID Action Plans were due to DEPR on March 31. If you have not submitted these reports, send them to mdhhs-betp-depr-phep@michigan.gov as soon as possible. If you have questions or issues, contact your regional point of contact (See below) for assistance.

BP4 Work Plan

The work plan for budget period 4 (BP4) is in development and will be out to local health departments by the end of May. Unlike the current budget period, the work plan will be contained in one document. There will be a signature page at the end of the work plan that will need to be signed by LHD health officers and tribal health directors and returned to DEPR at MDHHS-BETP-DEPR-PHEP@michigan.gov.

GLHS Informal Meeting Survey

On the April 14 PHEP Partners Call plans were announced for an informal get-together of LHD EPCs, tribal health partners, and DEPR staff to take place on the evening of either Tuesday, May 10, or Wednesday, May 11, depending upon the wishes of the group. That survey is now live. Go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CQ3BWNY to complete the survey. The survey will close on April 27. If you are not attending the Great Lakes Homeland Security Conference this year, please do not complete the survey. Contact Jim Koval with any questions.
