Dear Valued Partners,
MDHHS would like to share some information (attached) about the current state of COVID-19 in Michigan, anticipated case rate trends, and to remind facilities how to order tests from MDHHS.
MDHHS strongly encourages continued vigilance with COVID-19 testing and continues to prioritize long-term care facilities for COVID-19 testing supply support. As a reminder, supplies can be requested using the MDHHS COVID Test/Support Request form.
If you are enrolled in testing supply auto-shipments and need additional supplies, you may use the same form to request more tests.
