National Public Health Burn Mass Casualty Incident Virtual Tabletop Exercise (VTTX)

On April 13, 2022, 12:00-4:00 pm EST, FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute (EMI) will host a virtual burn mass casualty incident tabletop exercise (TTX). This 4-hour exercise will be facilitated by EMI staff. Michigan is focusing on the State Burn Coordinating Center (SBCC), burn surge facilities (BSFs), burn centers, local health department EPCs, and the Bureau of EMS, Trauma and Preparedness as participants. Tribal health partners are also welcome to participate.

Please mark this date on you calendar. Information for the exercise will be sent approximately 2-weeks prior. It will be distributed to the regional healthcare coalitions as soon as it becomes available.
