The Michigan Public Health Week Partnership announced nominations are now open for the annual Hometown Health Hero award. Send a completed nomination form to Jim Koval between now and February 18, 2022. The Partnership will then determine the award winners for 2022 and announce those in late March. The award event will be held on April 13 at 11:30 am in the First Floor Rotunda of the State Capitol Building. The award event is open to the public.
