 SHOARS is now available for you to register and access. Here is what you need to know:
Registration:
- For partners without a State of Michigan email address (NOT @Michigan.gov), CLICK HERE to view the registration guide.
- For partners with a State of Michigan email address (@Michigan.gov), CLICK HERE to view the registration guide.

There will be a delay between registration and receiving full access to SHOARS (likely 1-2 business days). If it has been more than 3 business days since you registered and have not heard back from us, please contact MDHHS-SHOARS-Support@michigan.gov.
Support:
- We highly encourage all DHSP partners to view the SHOARS training video, walkthrough slides, and registration guide to help you prepare and learn to navigate this new system. All DHSP partners will be required to register for SHOARS and use the system for communications with DHSP.

Additional Things to Note:
- The 2022 HIV/STI Training and Events calendar will be posted in SHOARS in the coming weeks.
- SHOARS is not connected to any HIV or STI tracking, reporting, or personal identifiable information systems, SHOARS will help us track who has access to these systems so we can improve our processes and further protect client data but does not connect to or affect access to these systems.
- SHOARS will continue to evolve to meet the needs of DHSP and our partners. For us to make SHOARS the best system it can be – we need your feedback and input! The more you interact with SHOARS and share your experience, the more improvements we can make. Send all feedback, comments, and enhancement suggestions to MDHHS-SHOARS-Support@michigan.gov.
