Today is the final day to register for MI Shot to Win cash prize
This is it, Michigan.
You got your COVID vaccine and now is your chance to win $2 million or a $50,000 daily prize drawing. Michiganders who have received at least one dose between December 1, 2020 and July 30, 2021 have until 11:59 p.m. tonight to register to win.
Michigan's sweepstakes is powered by Meijer in partnership with the Michigan Association of United Ways and the State of Michigan. The statewide vaccine lottery is supported by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Association of State Universities, Small Business Association of Michigan, Business Leaders for Michigan, the Protect Michigan Commission and many more organizations.
Community Clinic Promotions
Every week we share a list of upcoming community clinics in our PMC newsletters. We're going to be doing a lot more to make it even easier for Michiganders to get the vaccine. We're building a webpage to list local clinics, creating flyer announcements for sharing and are alerting the media to drive more Michiganders to vaccination sites. Stay tuned for updates!

Updated CDC Mask Wearing Guidance
Last week, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued updated mask wearing guidance. To maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent possibly spreading it to others, the CDC recommends that residents wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission, even if you are fully vaccinated.
Wearing a mask is most important if you have a weakened immune system or if, because of your age or an underlying medical condition, you are at increased risk for severe disease, or if someone in your household has a weakened immune system, is at increased risk for severe disease, or is unvaccinated. If this applies to you or your household, you might choose to wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission in your area.
