One of our astute EPCs noticed there was a paragraph on page 3 of the BP3 work plan that dealt with National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliance, but there was no attachment and no activity to reference. The PHEP Work Plan for Tribal Health Partners and Local Health Departments for BP3 – Part 1 has been revised to remove the inconsistencies and provide all the needed information for the NIMS compliance requirement.
Version 2 of the work plan contains the following changes:
• P. 3, Updated hyperlink labeled Attachment 1 to point to new Attachment 1
• P. 5, Updated hyperlink labeled Attachment 2 to point to new Attachment 2
• P. 8, Added Activity 2 – NIMS Training Compliance
• Pp. 8-10, Renumbered deliverables/activities
• P. 13, Added Attachment 1 – NIMS Compliance
• P. 14, Former Attachment 1 now Attachment 2

The end of the PHEP budget period 2 (BP2) is just 28 days away. The following deliverables in the work plan remain for BP2:
• Q4 LHD COVID-19 Action Plan Update – Due July 30, 2021
• Q4 COVID-19 Activities Report from the tribes – Due July 20, 2021
• Q4 WCI progress report and supporting documentation – Due July 30, 2021
• End-of-Year Progress Report – Due July 30, 2021
• NIMS Training Compliance form for BP1 & BP2 – Due July 30, 2021
• AAR/IP COVID-19 Response – Due December 31, 2021.
The year end report will consist of a Survey Monkey tool: one for LHDs and one for tribes. The templates will be out in the next PHEP Update.
The next PHEP Partners Monthly Microsoft Teams Meeting will be June 10, 2021, at 1:30 pm.
