Hello Immunization Partners,
We wanted to let you know about an upcoming educational opportunity. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is hosting a webinar on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 12:00p.m. for Health Care Workers and COVID-19 Vaccine Providers to review the new Johnson and Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. This webinar will be 45-60 minutes in length and will include time for questions and answers.

On February 27, 2021, the U.S. FDA authorized the emergency use of the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine to permit the emergency use of this vaccine for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 in persons 18 years of age and older. Below, you will find a link to the EUA fact sheet for health care providers that provides details on vaccine use.
