Long Term Care - Pharmacy Partnership Update

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc (MHA), a group of pharmacies that serve long term care entities, has joined the long term care - pharmacy partnership for vaccinating residents and staff of long term care facilities in Michigan.

The CHECC is sharing with LHDs a document that has the new MHA partners and which facilities have been assigned to them. Much of this information is up on the website Coronavirus - LTC Pharmacy Partnership (michigan.gov). This document also includes those LTC facilities that were initially enrolled in this program, but have now opted out. If any of these facilities still want vaccination, have them send an email to MDHHS-COVID-LongTermCare@michigan.gov. MDHHS will work to get them reenrolled (this can only be done for those facilities who were originally enrolled in this program).

Additionally, there is an updated FAQ on the website to reflect MHA changes.
