New HHS emPOWER Program Platform

The HHS emPOWER Program has officially launched the new HHS emPOWER Program Platform, a technical assistance platform that provides information on the HHS emPOWER Program’s data and tools, training, practical uses of emPOWER in Action, and resources to help communities across the nation protect the health and save the lives of at-risk individuals. The Platform provides new fact sheets, job aids, use cases, trainings, helpful resources and links, and more to help communities better address the health care needs of at-risk populations, ensure continuity of care, and reduce stress on the health care system, shelters, and other resources. The Platform also features a new, mobile-ready HHS emPOWER Map that provides advanced cross-jurisdictional data aggregation and data downloading capabilities, as well as access to historical HHS emPOWER Map de-identified data to advance situational awareness and analysis. Users can easily learn more about and launch emPOWER’s other publicly available tools, the HHS emPOWER REST Service and emPOWER AI, directly on the Platform. For more information, review the attached HHS emPOWER Program Platform Fact Sheet or visit the HHS emPOWER Program Platform (https://empowerprogram.hhs.gov) today.
