Earlier this month, EPCs were emailed generic LHD account information and asked to verify email rosters and DN locations for the MISNS Request SharePoint site. As a reminder, updates to the generic account rosters need to be returned to Jeannie Byrne at byrnej2@michigan.gov by August 31, 2018. Once all rosters have been received, the generic accounts and email roster groups will be configured on the MISNS Request SharePoint site. LHD EPCs will receive a confirmation when the generic account logins are active and the individual account logins will be deactivated the following week.
As a reminder, DEPR is hosting three administrator group training sessions to demonstrate the updated MI Volunteer Registry organizational structure and system functionality for querying, alerting, and managing volunteers. The trainings are open to all Registry administrators, however LHD Registry administrators are expected to participate in one session as outlined in the BP1-S LHD Work Plan deliverable 8.1. Training will be interactive and will feature a method to help maintain the system’s data integrity and increase usability. For any questions, contact Virginia Zimmerman at zimmermanv@michigan.gov.
