The attached guidance is intended for local health departments, infection preventionists at healthcare facilities, and clinical microbiology laboratories who may not be used to reporting healthcare-associated infections, nor the complex characteristics of CP-CRE infections. On-TRAC Transitions from CDC Join to SharePoint Online

DSLR has completed the transition of CDC’s Online Technical Resource and Assistance Center (On-TRAC) from CDC Join to SharePoint Online. The On-TRAC web address remains the same (http://ontrac.cdc.gov), but users will now be prompted to enter their SAMS (Secure Access Management System) account username and password instead of their CDC Join credentials. As part of the ongoing transition, DSLR is working to provide SAMS approval to existing On-TRAC users. On-TRAC users can expect to receive an email from SAMS with instructions to activate their access to On-TRAC in SAMS. For new On-TRAC users, instructions on how to request a SAMS account is available on the CDC Website.
