- A $814,022 contract with Motor City Electric Co. to remove and replace generator for Lyndon Data Center.
- A request to amend the official compensation schedule to include the pay range of $83,000 - $107,900 for the classification of OIG Information Analyst.
- A resolution outlining the formal process for the public to apply to serve on the Detroit Tenants Rights Commission.
- A resolution in support of Michigan senate bills 669 and 670 to expand Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) laws to cover the governor and legislature.
- A resolution requesting outside Counsel to provide legal analysis of the Proposed Solar Neighborhoods Initiative.
- A request for a report concerning the process for revocation of liquor licenses.
- Three resolutions for the re-appointment of Maggie DeSantis, John George, and Juan Gonzales to the Detroit Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
- A $120,000 contract with Governmental Consultant Services, Inc. for state lobbying services.
- A request for a report on feasibility and process for recognizing Juneteenth.

- A neighborhood enterprise zone certificate application for the rehabilitation of a building at 8823 and 8829 Third in the Herman Keifer Neighborhood Enterprise Zone area.

- A $787,050 contract with SmithGroup, Inc. for planning study services for the street calming and pedestrian connectivity intervention in the Corktown Choice Neighborhoods Area.
- An ordinance to modify the development regulations for the area consisting of the Renaissance Center Tower to allow for uses that are permissible in the BS Major Business District zoning classification.
- A request to accept and appropriate the Lead Health Safety – 2025 Grant for a total amount of $80,000.
- A request for authorization and acceptance of the FY 2025 Medicaid CHIP Community Development Lead Hazard Control Program Grant.
- The submission of the FY 2024-25 Annual Action Plan.

- A petition of Detroit Health Department to hold “DHD 3rd Annual Block Party” on September 7th.
- A petition of Detroit City Clerk’s Office to host “Get Out to Vote” on July 27th.
- A petition of Williams Park Alliance to hold “Williams Park Alliance” on July 30, 2024.
- A petition of University of Detroit Mercy to hold “2024 University of Detroit – Bicycle Tour” on September 13th.
- A petition of Garage Cultural to hold “SW Fest” on August 24th.
