- 100% funding for the management of capital improvements and services needed to re-open the Eastern Market Parking Garage and make improvements to the Ford Underground Garage
- The Recycling Partnership has awarded the City of Detroit with the Recycling Partnership Grant ($325,308)
- Appointment of District 6 resident, Debra Walker, to the Board of Zoning Appeals.

The Commission is accepting initial proposals for revisions to the Detroit Charter through December 2019.

- The City of Detroit is conducting a truck study in Southwest Detroit
- Use this website to add feedback (including pictures, locations you've spotted trucks, and descriptions) about trucks in your neighborhood!
- There will be two final community meetings to discuss the results of the truck study on:

The Cardinal Foundation presents Sidewalk Matters for Detroit Initiative! Join community members in making sure that Detroit school students have clean sidewalks on their walk to school every morning. Community members will be cleaning sidewalks in 48204, starting on Firwood (between Larchmont and Vancouver).
