The City of Detroit is gearing up for its largest annual volunteer effort – Angels’ Night 2016. On Saturday, October 29, Sunday, October 30 and Monday, October 31, thousands of dedicated citizens, employees and caring volunteers will come together to promote a safe environment in our neighborhoods and safe passage for our children on Halloween Night.
