M4 Desktop shortcuts and Citrix software upgrade

M4 Desktop shortcut:

We have discovered that desktop shortcuts to M4 have caused accessibility problems for several users.

If you currently have a desktop shortcut to M4 please delete it and save the following link to your Internet Explorer favorite folder and use as a favorite. Please do not resave the favorite as a desktop shortcut.

Citrix software upgrade:

Please leave your workstation on this weekend. DIT will be pushing new Citrix software to workstations that have the old Citrix Metaframe software and replace it with Citrix online plug-in - web. This process will begin after hours on Friday November 14th.

Please restart your workstation when you return to work.
