State of Michigan Financial Management Guide Update

The following changes have occurred in Part II, Chapter 14, Section 500 – Prior Year Unrecorded Obligations: See attachment.

Increase in dollar threshold of unrecorded prior year obligations required to be submitted to OFM for approval from $10,000 to $25,000.
Minor updates for legislative references.
