Updating your directory information online – yourself!

State of Michigan employees work hard to provide outstanding customer service. Sometimes, however, customers have a hard time getting the help they need because they can’t find your phone number or office location. You can help your customers connect with you by keeping your directory information current – and you can do it yourself.
To update your information:
• Visit http://mysite.michigan.gov.
• Select My Profile at the top of the page.
• Select Edit My Profile under the space for your photo.
• Review your information.
If the listing is correct, you may close the page.
If changes are needed, choose the DTMB-411 link near the top of the page.
• The DTMB-411 form opens in a separate window. Enter your work phone number and location.
• Click Submit at the bottom of the page. (You may have to complete additional fields on the form before the Submit button is active.)
This information updates a number of listings, including the State of Michigan online contact directory listing.
