Listserv Being Replacfed by GovDelivery

Listserv message software is being replaced by GovDelivery message software. This will affect all employees that currently receive Listserv messages.

In the future, all OFM Notices (e.g., T&Ts) will be sent via GovDelivery. A few notable changes:

Everyone who is currently on a Listserv group has been transferred to GovDelivery.
Your individual name will appear in the 'To' Section instead of under a generic 'OFM NOTICES' group name.
All attachments will be included in the body of the email via a link (not within an attachment field).
