SIGMA: Update to Email Destination for Scheduled Instances within SBI

This message is for SIGMA SBI Users:

An update to the State of Michigan firewall protocol affects scheduled reports with an email destination.

The "From" field now requires any valid email address ending in Michigan.gov (no longer SIGMA-Reports@cgi.com). The screenshot below shows an example of what the fields may look like.
