The Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR) seeks digital accessibility training aligned with WCAG 2.1, Level AA, WAI conformance, State of Michigan Administrative Policy 1650, and best practices. Developing and delivering comprehensive training covering topics such as accessibility standards, roles of State of Michigan employees, assistive technologies, and methods for ensuring accessibility are required. The training must be adaptable for integration into the State's Learning Management System (LMS) and include both blanket and tailored sessions.
Statewide Monitoring Review of the Home Help Program

The Home Help program is required pursuant to terms specified in the Medicaid State Plan and approved on behalf of the federal government by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Home Help services are available to Medicaid-eligible beneficiaries who live in a setting other than a hospital, nursing facility, intermediate care facility for the mentally disabled, licensed adult foster care facility, home for the aged, hospice residence, or institution for mental disease. Home Help services are furnished to beneficiaries with functional limitations to enable them to live safely in the most independent setting of their choice. The services consist of unskilled, nonspecialized personal care for activities of daily living (ADLs) which are eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, mobility; and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), which are taking medications, meal preparation/cleanup, shopping for food and other necessities of daily living, laundry and housework.
Drug Screening and Confirmation Testing

Quantities specified, if any, are estimates based on prior purchases, and the State is not obligated to purchase in these or any other quantities.
