Michigan Unemployment Rate Decreases During February
Michigan’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate declined by 0.1 percentage points between January and February to 3.9 percent. After eight months of surpassing the national rate, Michigan’s unemployment rate during February matched the U.S. rate. Read More
Michigan Payroll Jobs Rise Significantly in February
Statewide payroll jobs saw a significant increase of 15,200 during February, ranking Michigan 3rd among all 50 states for the largest over-the-month job change. Most Michigan major industry sectors record job gains in February. Read More
