COVID-19 Mobile Vaccination Service Contracts

The State of Michigan established the below COVID-19 vaccination mobile access contracts. These new contracts are to assist in settings where numerous people live or work in close proximity to one another and present a higher risk for the spread of COVID-19, requiring more flexible vaccination services.
Each contract specifies the site type(s) and which of the 10 regions within the State of Michigan the vendor can provide services. The predetermined site types include:  

• Site type 1 – Homebound vaccinations,
• Site type 2 – Community-based mobile clinics,
• Site type 3 – Neighborhood testing sites,
• Site type 4 – Seasonal agricultural workers,
• Site type 5 – Shelters, transient communities, other vulnerable populations, and
• Site type 6 – Medium to large vaccination sites.
