HRMN LID is going away!

What is ISO?

Infor Smart Office (ISO) is the latest Infor (Lawson) user interface.  Simply put, it is a replacement for the current HRMN LID interface.  Yes, LID is going away. But don't worry; you won't need to learn transactions all over again. The primary change you will notice is the way your screen looks. The forms and fields won’t change!

ISO will provide new features and functionality that have the potential to simplify current HR processes. We are planning to make this exciting, new interface available to you by mid to late summer!

What's Happening Now?

The ISO project team is made up of HR and technical employees who work with the HRMN system on a daily basis.   To see who is involved from your agency, reference the list to the right.

One of the first steps in the plan is to explore. Currently, team members are exploring the software to discover what's new and different. The goal is to learn as much as possible about the interface. Doing so will provide the simplest transition from old to new.

What's Next?

After exploration, the team will begin a more traditional implementation process which includes testing, validating, and documenting.

Each edition of this newsletter will update you on the team's progress and what’s next.

If you have any questions regarding this email, please contact Arnold Pulliam, Project Manager, at 517-241-8330.
