Good Morning Employees,

The September 2013 HRCN meeting is Wednesday, the 25th starting at 9:00AM in the Capitol Commons Complex, basement rooms A&B.

What Is The Purpose Of The HRCN?

According to a memo dated June 29, 2001, the Human Resource Communication Network will assure that the policy decision of the HRMN Systems Coordination Committee and changes to HRMN, DCDS, and MIDB/HR systems, operations, and configurations are communicated to the various constituencies.

Technical Requirements

"Streaming Media Technology" allows out-state End users to share information and resources and "participate" in a session over the intranet.

This approach requires a newer computer with sound so all employees may not have desktop access to it. Even though everyone may not be able to participate, it is an additional option for those who have no other access to the sessions. It may also be useful for someone who attended, who would like to listen to a specific portion again.

This program works best in Internet Explorer and requires Windows Media Player. If you have difficulty starting, viewing or hearing the presentation, you should contact your technical group for assistance in loading the free 'Windows Media layer" and plugins required.
