DCDS Post Upgrade Help

To better ensure reasonable response times, the DTMB Client Service Center (IT Help Desk) is asking that if you did not leave your computer on or it was not connected to the State of Michigan network over the weekend, that you wait 3 hours before contacting them concerning a failed deployment of DCDS 05.04.02. In these instances the deployment of DCDS is queued and waiting for your computer to be connected to the State of Michigan network. If after waiting you find you still have version 05.04.00, the DTMB Client Service Center (1-800-968-2644) can assist you in obtaining the appropriate version.
