The 2013 Seasonal Flu Vaccine Program for State of Michigan employees will be held from September 9 through November 29, 2013.

	You now have the ability to schedule your appointment online for the flu vaccine clinic of your choice. It's a simple 4-step process!
Log in to the Registration System Locate the clinic you would like to visit Choose the timeframe that works best for you Enter your MI HR Self-Service username and password
