Support material is posted on the FID web page. For questions about submitting data in FID, contact CEPI customer support. For program and policy questions, contact Samuel Irrer with Treasury (irrers4@michigan.gov).

EEM: D/CH Certification Reminder

All district users must complete and certify the Days and Clock Hours submission in EEM by July 15. District users are encouraged to submit as soon as possible to allow the ISD to review and correct any potential errors. ISD users have until August 1 to review and certify the report.

For application questions, refer to the D/CH User Guide. Questions regarding the State School Aid Act should be directed to Jessica Beagle at BeagleJ1@michigan.gov.

EEM: Modification of Title for Technology Contact

The technology contact in EEM has been renamed from "Director of Technology" to "Testing Technology Coordinator."

The primary use of this contact has been for technology coordinators for testing purposes. The updated name reflects how it has been used by MDE and the field.

With SAT\PSAT10\PSAT9 and PSAT8 going to online testing, the MDE Office of Educational Assessment and Accountability is requesting that the field assure that their technology contacts are up to date.

If the contact listed is not involved with testing coordination, please update the contact with your current Testing Technology Coordinator.

EEM New Contact: Title VI - Indian Education Program Director

A contact type of Title IV – Indian Education Program Director has been added into EEM. This is the person responsible for submitting Title VI – Indian Education data for districts that have applied for Title VI Part A Indian Education Formula Grants. This contact should be listed at the district level in EEM as soon as possible for any district with Title VI Indian Education Programs.

MDE's Indigenous Education Initiative staff need to be able to identify and contact districts and individuals responsible for administering these programs. This will also help tribal education departments identify and initiate contacts with these districts.
