CEPI applications and MI School Data will be intermittently offline for maintenance on Sunday, Jan. 7 from 6 a.m. to noon EST. Only limited informational inquires will be available during this time.
The REP application will open again on Jan. 3, 2024. This will allow districts to meet a 388.1619 (3) requirement that changes in employment or assignment status be updated within 30 days.

The Spring 2024 Early Childhood Collection opened Dec. 13.
Key Collection Dates:
- Nov. 1 through Feb. 21: Reporting Period
- Feb. 8: Data quality checks performed on data submitted before this date.
- Feb. 28: Certification Deadline
GSRP Waitlist Reporting: GSRP Waitlist children should be reported in the spring collection. Report children eligible for GSRP but on a waitlist as of the Spring 2024 EC reporting period end date (Feb. 21) in the EC Spring Collection. Children who were on the waitlist but removed prior to Feb. 21 or added after that date should not be reported.
GSRP Extended Delivery Schedule: The GSRP Extended Week/Year delivery schedule was added as of Fall 2023. If you serve GSRP children who meet the requirements of the extended delivery program, ensure you are coding those children with the designated delivery schedule.
Visit MI School Data to view updates to the School Grades report. The Annual Education report has been updated in Preview and will be publicly available within a week.
